We want our clients to be fully satisfied with their timepieces, therefore we offer a 7 day return policy. Returns are subject to a restocking fee of 7.5% of the total purchase amount (to account for e-commerce and credit card processing fees) and $65 for US shipping. A label will be provided. If the watch is exchanged for another watch or store credit, no restocking fee will apply.

Watches must be returned in the same condition as initially shipped.

Please note, all watch trades, which we gladly welcome, are final unless the watch is grossly misdescribed or misrepresented.
